Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of all passengers and crew members throughout the journey.
  • Conduct thorough ticket examinations and revenue protection duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including clear announcements and assistance with inquiries.
  • Manage passenger flow during boarding and alighting, ensuring accessibility for all.
  • Implement emergency procedures efficiently and effectively when required.
  • Perform pre-departure checks and ensure the train is ready for service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Driver and other railway staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork.
