Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and crew members throughout the journey.
- Conduct thorough ticket examinations and revenue protection duties.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear announcements and assistance with inquiries.
- Manage passenger flow during boarding and alighting, ensuring accessibility for all.
- Implement emergency procedures efficiently and effectively when required.
- Perform pre-departure checks and ensure the train is ready for service.
- Work collaboratively with the Driver and other railway staff.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to all railway regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Handle on-board incidents and disruptions calmly and professionally.
