Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring document accessibility and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders, and ensuring resources are readily available.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and preparation of presentations.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting memos and announcements.
- Support event planning and coordination for office-wide activities or special projects.
- Greet visitors, clients, and applicants with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
