Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships of trust.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates.
Required Skills
