Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of aircraft cabins and equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and selling duty-free items.
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to in-flight emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
  • Uphold Virgin Atlantic's brand standards and contribute to a positive onboard atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with the flight deck and other cabin crew members.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations and company procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in demanding situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Knowledge of aviation safety protocols.
