Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive and team calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data compilation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain discretion.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
