Key Responsibilities
- Execute all phases of video production for wedding and promotional projects, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, shot lists) to post-production editing.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and organize media assets, maintaining a comprehensive and accessible archive of project files.
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends, techniques, and equipment to ensure cutting-edge production quality.
- Conduct site visits and scouts to determine optimal filming conditions and logistics for various locations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness for shoots.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating both wedding and promotional video work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Expertise in operating professional video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras), lighting, and audio recording equipment.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color grading, and sound design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of drone operation and holding a valid drone pilot's license (A2 CofC or GVC).
