As our dedicated Videographer, you will be instrumental in the entire lifecycle of video production, from initial conceptualization and storyboarding to professional shooting and intricate post-production editing. We are actively seeking a professional who is not only technically proficient with a comprehensive range of professional video equipment—including high-definition cameras, advanced lighting setups, and pristine audio recording gear—and industry-standard editing suites like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, but also possesses a keen eye for aesthetic detail, a strong sense of creative direction, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and results-driven corporate environment. You will be expected to skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, from detailed pre-production planning, including script development and location scouting, through to final post-production processes such as meticulous colour grading, precise sound design, and engaging motion graphics integration. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content for a variety of corporate purposes, including marketing campaigns, internal communications, corporate events, and social media.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos, incorporating graphics, sound design, music, and special effects.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and align video content with brand strategy.
- Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production (storyboarding, scriptwriting, scheduling) to production (camera operation, lighting, audio recording) and post-production (editing, colour correction, final delivery).
- Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition and readily available for projects.
- Ensure all video content adheres to Zenith Bank's brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, software, and industry trends to continuously enhance our visual storytelling.
- Archive and organize video assets for future use and easy retrieval.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
- Expert proficiency with professional video cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras) and associated equipment (lenses, stabilizers, tripods, drones).
- Advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, audio recording, and sound design.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and composition.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, professional content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).

- Experience working in a corporate environment, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Certification in drone operation (if applicable for commercial use).
