Job Description
Are you a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail? Dreams Come True Media is seeking a talented Post-Production Video Editor to join our growing team in Borokiri, Port Harcourt. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bringing raw footage to life, transforming it into polished, engaging, and professional video content across various platforms and genres. From conceptualization to final delivery, you will play a crucial part in shaping the narrative and visual appeal of our projects, which include documentaries, commercials, corporate videos, music videos, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive and visually appealing final product, ensuring logical flow and compelling storytelling.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience, enhancing visual quality and impact.
- Integrate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and clients to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Review scripts, storyboards, and footage to develop innovative editing approaches.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.
- Manage and organize large volumes of media assets, maintaining a clean and efficient workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest editing software, techniques, and industry trends.
- Provide creative input and solutions during the post-production process.
- Perform color correction, grading, and audio mixing as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions.
- Excellent storytelling and narrative structuring abilities.
- Solid grasp of pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
