As an Entry-Level UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with seasoned designers, product managers, and developers to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Contribute to the creation of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Participate in design sprints and workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Help translate user research findings and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Support the refinement of visual design elements, ensuring brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
- Learn and apply design system guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across products.
- Present design ideas and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Actively seek feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and team input.
Required Skills
- Foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design projects (academic, personal, or freelance are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience/bootcamp completion).
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with user research techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
