Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full UX/UI design lifecycle for web and mobile applications, from ideation to implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Develop and present user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to internal teams and clients.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and iterate on pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Expertise in user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and usability testing methods.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and front-end development constraints.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Experience with various research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, card sorting, A/B testing).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation for UI elements.
