Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Anticipate needs and proactively prepare necessary materials for meetings, events, and travel.
- Organize and maintain highly confidential files and information with utmost integrity.
- Act as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Manage special projects and events, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
