Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and loading onto trucks.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and safety at all times.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Report any damaged goods or inventory issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in all tasks.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and orders.
