Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and loading onto trucks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and safety at all times.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in all tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and orders.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory management.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
