Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business unit leaders to define technical requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, specialist job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and constructive feedback.
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Capgemini, promoting our culture and career opportunities at industry events and online.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with HR and other recruitment team members on employer branding initiatives and process enhancements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT/Tech industry, preferably within a consultancy or large enterprise environment.
- Demonstrable experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-Ray searching, and social media recruitment.
- Strong understanding of various technical domains (e.g., Cloud, Data Science, AI, Java, .NET, DevOps, Cybersecurity).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or similar enterprise-level systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); Dutch language skills are a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting in the Dutch market specifically.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, CDR).
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and tools.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives.
