Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of package handlers and drivers to ensure efficient and timely operations.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in productivity, service, and safety.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety first.
- Conduct daily briefings, communicate operational goals, and provide feedback to team members.
- Resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor relations within the designated area.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and achieve overall facility objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to daily operations, staffing, and performance.
Required Skills
