Key Responsibilities
- Assist UPS Package Delivery Drivers with the delivery and pickup of packages.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Navigate routes efficiently using maps and GPS, under the guidance of the driver.
- Verify package information against delivery manifests.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, representing UPS with a positive image.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with the driver and dispatch regarding delivery status and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support package delivery operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
