Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update a high volume of data from diverse sources into company databases and internal systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain strict data integrity and confidentiality in full compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
  • Organize and manage both digital and physical documents to ensure efficient retrieval and proper record-keeping.
  • Perform routine data backups and archiving to safeguard against data loss and ensure system security.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and summaries based on entered data as requested by management and various departments.
