Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to department managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents and information.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and the generation of operational reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships as needed.
  • Coordinate office events, team meetings, and training sessions, including logistics, catering, and material preparation.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive communication and relationships.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
