Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions across various academic levels.
- Design, prepare, and mark assignments, exams, and other assessments to evaluate student learning.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student dissertations, research projects, and internships.
- Conduct original, high-quality research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, and academic conferences.
- Actively contribute to curriculum development, review processes, and the creation of new academic programs.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and career advice to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Participate in departmental and faculty meetings, committees, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Engage in continuous professional development and maintain expertise in the relevant subject area.

- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is highly preferred for communication within the university and regional context.
- Experience in supervising student research or theses at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Experience with grant writing and securing research funding.
