Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process new member enrollments, changes, and terminations in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of enrollment applications and supporting documentation.
- Identify and resolve enrollment discrepancies or issues, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date member records within various internal systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Respond to enrollment-related inquiries from internal departments or external partners in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and accurate information.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, DPA).
- Assist with auditing enrollment data to identify and correct potential errors and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in enrollment operations and member services.
