Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the Graduate Trainee program, including classroom training, workshops, and on-the-job rotations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Union Bank’s products, services, processes, and policies.
- Support various departmental operations, contributing to daily tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Engage with customers and clients where applicable, demonstrating excellent service and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial markets, banking trends, and regulatory environments.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Maximum age of 26 years at the time of application.
- Completion of NYSC program or possession of an exemption certificate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
