Job Description

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Coral Gables, Miami. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse materials and products with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to identify damages or discrepancies.
  • Store materials in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methods and equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently (certification preferred).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper securing of goods.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to management immediately.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ years) as a warehouse associate, material handler, or similar role.
  • Forklift operator certification (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck).
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
