Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain process, from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock holding and ensure product availability, minimizing waste and obsolescence.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehousing partners to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, damages, and discrepancies, proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize supply chain software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management best practices.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
