Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects, ensuring strict adherence to defined scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
- Define clear project objectives, create comprehensive detailed work plans, and effectively manage resources across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing prompt and effective solutions to maintain project momentum and ensure smooth progression.
- Facilitate clear, consistent, and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress rigorously, prepare regular, insightful status reports, and present findings and recommendations to leadership with confidence.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and empowering team environment, motivating team members to achieve and exceed project goals.
- Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet Unilever's stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement within project management processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably within a large-scale or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical acumen and superior problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex challenges creatively.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Prior experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience with change management methodologies and leading organizational transformations.
