Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production.
  • Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging to maintain Unilever's high standards.
  • Load raw materials and packaging components onto production lines.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
  • Complete production logs and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and report any product or process anomalies.
