Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring efficient and safe production.
- Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging to maintain Unilever's high standards.
- Load raw materials and packaging components onto production lines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.
- Identify and report any product or process anomalies.
