Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for assigned brands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends and insights.
- Support the creation of engaging marketing content across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., creative, media) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization.
- Contribute to budget management for specific marketing activities.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and product launches.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and commercial objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for brand growth and consumer engagement.
- Support the Brand Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (recently graduated or graduating soon).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated passion for brands and consumer understanding.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, especially within the FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
