Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, development, and execution of various projects relevant to your assigned department (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR).
- Conduct data analysis, gather insights, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on ongoing initiatives and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Participate actively in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance learning and professional development.
- Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed by the department and team leads.
- Present project findings, recommendations, and progress reports to mentors and team management.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, methodologies, and project progress.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and data management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning, a proactive attitude, and intellectual curiosity.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future).
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Previous internship, co-op, or leadership experience in a professional or academic setting.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with consumer goods industry trends and a passion for our brands.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or project management software.
