We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about HR and deeply committed to delivering excellent service with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. You’ll work closely with various departmental leads, HR Business Partners, and employees at all levels across our UK operations, making strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills absolutely essential. This role offers a fantastic platform for developing your HR expertise within a dynamic, fast-paced, and purpose-driven FMCG environment. You’ll have the chance to contribute to impactful projects, learn about different facets of human resources management, and be an integral part of a team that values continuous growth, diversity, equity, inclusion, and collaboration. If you thrive in an environment where you can make a tangible difference in people’s professional lives and contribute meaningfully to a culture of care, performance, and innovation, then this role at Unilever in Belfast is perfectly suited for you.
