Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and physical files, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing welcome kits, coordinating first-day logistics, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR specialists.
- Prepare HR-related reports and data analysis as required, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Process HR-related documentation, such as leave requests, performance reviews, and employee changes.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications related to HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies in all HR operations.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices (entry-level knowledge acceptable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in an HR department.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CIPM Associate) are a plus.
- Experience working in an FMCG environment.
