Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training modules and workshops, applying learned concepts to practical business scenarios.
- Support assigned departments in daily operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- NYSC completion certificate or exemption letter.
- Maximum of 2 years post-NYSC experience (entry-level focus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
