Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in a structured rotational program across various business functions (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Customer Development).
- Contribute to real-world projects, analyzing data, conducting research, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and support departmental goals.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior management and colleagues.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development initiatives, including workshops, training, and mentorship programs.
- Support the implementation of new strategies, processes, and initiatives within assigned departments.
- Develop a deep understanding of Unilever's brands, consumers, and market dynamics.

Required Skills
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (e.g., Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or volunteer activities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
