Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to strict hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
