Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive information about Unilever products, promotions, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and empathetically, escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, quality control) to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution.
  • Educate customers on product usage, features, benefits, and sustainable practices.

Required Skills
