In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding our wide range of products, from personal care to food and beverages. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide comprehensive information about Unilever products and services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues and customer insights.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to empathize with customers and build rapport.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- High level of patience and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations gracefully.
