Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, BTL, and in-store activations, from concept to post-launch analysis.
- Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive product innovation, launch new products, and achieve commercial targets.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance using key metrics, preparing regular reports and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee external agency relationships (advertising, media, PR) to ensure effective and efficient campaign delivery.
- Develop compelling brand narratives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience managing a portfolio of brands or leading a significant brand transformation project.
- Prior experience with P&L management for a brand or product category.
- Familiarity with the UK retail landscape and consumer behaviour specific to the region.
