Job Description

Unilever is seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to join our team in Little Havana, Miami. This pivotal role involves shaping the future of one of our celebrated brands, overseeing its entire lifecycle from strategic planning to execution in the marketplace. As a Brand Manager, you will be the chief advocate for your brand, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse consumer base in Miami and beyond. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for an assigned brand.
  • Conduct thorough market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-launch performance review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Advertising Agencies) to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong financial performance.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Develop compelling brand messaging and creative briefs, guiding agencies in the creation of impactful advertising and promotional materials.
  • Identify and leverage new communication channels and digital marketing opportunities to reach target consumers.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure all brand activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive brand management experience in FMCG/CPG sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budget management and P&L responsibility.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
