Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Uber's suite of products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Uber app, rider/driver partner platforms, payment systems, and account functionality.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions, explaining complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
