Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to local team members and management.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary resources.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for office visitors and vendors, maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing workspaces and necessary materials.
  • Contribute to office culture by assisting with event planning and team activities.
  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Proactively identify and address administrative needs to improve office efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
