Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for various banking products.
- Identify and onboard new clients through proactive business development and networking initiatives.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions.
- Cross-sell UBA’s diverse range of products and services, including retail, corporate, and digital banking solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery and prompt resolution of queries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic developments to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, ensuring compliance with UBA’s credit policies and risk management guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to deliver seamless client service.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance requirements, and UBA’s internal policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in relationship management or sales within the banking or financial services industry.
