Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective local marketing strategies to promote UBA's products and services within the Jakande Estate and surrounding areas.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the assigned territory.
- Organize and participate in local marketing events, seminars, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales targets and customer acquisition efforts.
- Manage relationships with local media, community leaders, and relevant organizations to foster positive public relations.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with UBA’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Engage directly with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM basics).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
