UBA is seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Banking Officer to join our vibrant team in Lekki Phase 2. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and educate customers on UBA's diverse range of digital banking products and services, including mobile apps, internet banking, USSD, and agency banking.
  • Assist customers with the registration, activation, and usage of digital channels, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide first-level support for digital banking inquiries and technical issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Gather and document customer feedback on digital products and services, providing insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective communication of new digital features and updates.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for customers and branch staff on digital banking functionalities.
  • Monitor digital channel usage and adoption rates, identifying opportunities for growth and increased engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements related to digital banking operations.
  • Support the achievement of digital banking targets and objectives for the branch/region.
