Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance with banking regulations, and adherence to UBA policies.
- Drive business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and expand the branch's customer base.
- Manage and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the security of branch assets and customer information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the Ajah, Lekki community.
- Monitor branch performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all branch staff are well-trained, knowledgeable about UBA products, and committed to professional development.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk management and regulatory compliance.
