As a remote Travel Agent, you will be responsible for building bespoke travel itineraries, from thrilling city breaks and relaxing beach holidays to adventurous cruises and intricate multi-destination tours. You’ll engage with customers via phone, email, and online channels, understanding their desires, offering expert advice, and securing bookings. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. We provide comprehensive training, state-of-the-art booking systems, and continuous support to ensure your success, regardless of your prior travel industry experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering personalised advice and recommendations.
- Research, design, and present tailored travel packages including flights, accommodation, transfers, excursions, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, and health guidelines.
- Process bookings accurately and efficiently using our internal systems and preferred supplier portals.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, promotions, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer queries, amendments, and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies, ABTA/ATOL regulations, and data protection guidelines.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to foster continuous learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a target-driven environment.
- Experience using travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Galileo) or similar CRMs.
- Prior experience as a travel agent or in the travel industry is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with various travel destinations, products, and tour operators.
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
