Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with merchandising and visual display efforts to maintain attractive and organized store sections.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposit preparation, and store security.
  • Train new Associates on company standards, product knowledge, and operational tasks.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper product placement.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to store management as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
