Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and processing returns/exchanges.
- Process and merchandise new inventory, including unpacking, pricing, and displaying products according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising efforts.
- Answer customer inquiries, locate merchandise, and provide product information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain operational excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
