Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing excellent service and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring merchandise is organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom areas.
- Support store operations by helping with markdowns, price changes, and inventory processing.
- Uphold store standards for safety, security, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Be knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and product locations to assist customers effectively.
