Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage merchandise presentation, visual standards, and stock replenishment to maintain an appealing sales floor.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and processing new shipments, and ensure accurate tagging.
  • Train new associates on store operations, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Perform cash handling duties, including register operations, cash reconciliation, and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
  • Assist store management with scheduling, performance reviews, and operational planning.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational metrics through effective team leadership and execution.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications
