Key Responsibilities
- Process, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor in an efficient and timely manner.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies, ensuring merchandise presentation is appealing and adheres to company standards.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and safety, including aisles, displays, and stockrooms.
- Assist in the accurate ticketing and pricing of merchandise.
- Support inventory control efforts by organizing back stock and participating in inventory counts.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating merchandise as needed.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately when required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory and POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience (e.g., visual merchandising, stock associate).
- Familiarity with retail inventory management practices.
