Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and placement of new merchandise, ensuring items are correctly priced, tagged, and displayed according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, locating items, and offering support to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift card payments, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom, ensuring a pleasant environment for both customers and associates.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and adhering to all company policies and procedures related to security and inventory control.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily operational goals and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required, including tasks like stocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next day's business.
- Execute markdowns, promotional activities, and seasonal merchandising changes as directed by store leadership.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor from the stockroom, ensuring shelves and racks are well-stocked and visually appealing.
