Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, assisting with their shopping needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and price adjustments in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including merchandising and restocking as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information or assistance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
