As a Sales Advisor, you will be the front-line ambassador for the Tesla brand, guiding potential customers through the exciting journey of discovering our innovative electric vehicles and energy products. Your daily activities will involve engaging with visitors in our showroom, conducting compelling product presentations, arranging and facilitating exhilarating test drives, and demystifying the transition to electric vehicle ownership. Your primary focus will be to deliver an exceptional and educational customer experience, helping individuals understand the unique benefits and advanced features of Tesla products, from our award-winning vehicles like the Model S, 3, X, and Y, to our cutting-edge Powerwall and solar solutions.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, answering complex questions with clarity, and providing personalized recommendations that align with their lifestyle and energy requirements. While sales targets are part of the role, our approach is consultative and centered on genuine customer satisfaction and education, not high-pressure tactics. Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers in a professional and educational manner, guiding them through the Tesla experience.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrate vehicle features, including facilitating test drives.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Tesla vehicles, charging solutions, and energy products.
- Process orders, manage customer accounts, and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Tesla products, services, and the competitive landscape.
- Actively participate in local marketing events and community engagement activities to promote the Tesla brand.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up to build lasting customer relationships.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
